clearcare-training-imageThe past 6 weeks have been very busy for the training team at ClearCare. As well as providing training to all our new clients, we held some really successful, positive workshop and training events.

In May, we delivered the Quality Workshop to around 100 users over two days. Managers, users and independent Reg 44 Inspectors attended the sessions, which were tailored to the groups’ needs. The sessions included basic user training through to in-depth demonstrations and explanations of the ClearCare online management software reporting process.

We have also been busy training up more Support and Training staff. Our new Trainers have had two days intensive training on all aspects of ClearCare support and system functionality. All those who attended the sessions had substantial prior experience in using ClearCare, which will be a valuable asset and resource for our clients going forwards.

The month of June saw the long-awaited Refresher Training sessions, which took us to two great venues in the North West and central southern England. Our refresher training sessions at UKFAST in Manchester and at The Kassam Stadium in Oxford were both extremely successful. These sessions were hosted by our training and support staff, as well as our Senior Developer. The days included planned sessions on newer functionality and reports followed by Q&A workshops. All those who attended were asked to choose any topics they wanted us to cover, and any issues they wanted to investigate, with the benefit of the ClearCare team at their disposal and the opportunity for one-to-one help.
