Hillcrest has been using Clearcare for over four years. The system is in place in all our children’s homes.  Clearcare has proved flexible and responsive to our changing and developing needs as an organisation and to the changes we have had to make in response to changing legislation. The system allows us to design our own records and amend as we need.  We greatly value the added transparency it affords our homes.  The ability to remotely access records for senior managers and placing authorities is particularly useful.

Staff find the system easy to use and young people now are also able to access a selection of their own records with their own passwords. We are able to reassure regulators and customers that the system affords the highest security and fulfils our data protection obligations. This is supported by Clearcare’s ISO accreditation.

We have found Clearcare to be an excellent company to work with and the support they provide is with any issues we may experience is prompt and helpful. We are looking forward to the new developments that Clearcare is working on and are sure that these will be a valuable addition to the service they offer.
