We’re running some up-and-coming refresher training sessions for the ClearCare software system, and offering all our existing customers the opportunity to attend. An email regarding the refresher training went out to all customers on our mailing list, but if you or your staff would like a refresher and an opportunity to give us feedback from a system user’s point of view, and you haven’t already booked onto the sessions, contact us ASAP as places are filling up fast.
When and where will the sessions take place?
The Manchester session is on the 21st of June, 2017, at the UKFast Campus, Birley Fields, Manchester M15 5QL; and the Oxford session is on the 27th of June, 2017, at the Kassam Conference & Events Centre, Kassam Stadium, Grenoble Rd, Oxford OX4 4XP.
What will the sessions cover?
As well as the structured refresher training, the sessions will also cover:
- The introduction of new system features and updates.
- Ensuring that system administrators have a good working knowledge of the new functionality within the system.
- Passing on details of some simple mistakes users have made that we’ve come across, and how to stop them from happening.
- An invitation to our loyal customers to give us feedback and comments, to help maintain and enhance the service we provide to you.
