“I have only ever dealt with Kathie regarding the system and I have found her to be extremely helpful and always ready to help me with any questions I may have, which I must admit are a lot at times! We have only recently implemented the system into our homes so are still getting used to it but staff are finding it okay so far, easier than I thought actually.
